‘I know its a been a while’ and i’d like to give you this as a token of my appreciation. Thank you for being patient and understanding. I have been going through some ish that you wouldn’t believe, hence the slow releases.

Sometimes with all the will in the world you just cant physically do it all. Things have got in the way massively and in result I let it get the best of me and take me off track.
